This workshop was developed for yogis of all levels of experience who want to have fun and gain confidence standing on their heads. You will learn how to CONFIDENTLY get in and out of headstand and take your practice to a whole new level. 

 

What to Expect

In this 60 -75 min Online Workshop, you will:

 

🤩LEARN and put into practice the basic steps to safely get in and out of headstand

🤩You will learn and UNDERSTAND the fundamentals of headstand alignment

🤩Learn a few TRICKS that no one ever told you and it may be a game changer!

🤩Practice preparation methods and DRILLS to improve your strength 

🤩DISCOVER various headstand variations and transitions ( for the non-beginers)

🤩You will receive personalized GUIDANCE and feedback (If you prefer to practice with your camera of,

I am okay with that!) 

 

The workshop will begin with a short Vinyasa practice to warm up and prepare the body, then you’ll learn

how to safely move into classical and tripod  headstand.

 

BENEFITS: Adding headstand to your regular yoga practice can have many benefits, including increased focus, better blood flow, improved digestion, and increased strength in arms, shoulders, and core muscles.
